Refund & Return Policy

  • If you receive a product with a defect, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge
  • We understand its tough to guess what size will fit best, so if you order the wrong size, just send us the original (contact us for the return address), and we’ll send you the correct one. Contact us for more information and the next steps.
  • In the event that you are unsatisfied, begin the return process to get a refund. You will have to cover the shipping expense. To initiate the return, go to your account, and then we will provide you with a shipping label you can use. Use the packaging your product came in. The shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. Alternatively, we can give up to a 50% refund, and you may do with the product as you wish.
  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we can go through the process together.

    Submit a return request
    
    Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
    
    1. Log in to your account:
        1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
        2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
        3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
    2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
    3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
    4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
    5. Click "Submit request".
    
    If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
